These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 3J Arts suite of applications, including Crochet Planner (cp.3jarts.com) and Business Manager (bm.3jarts.com), operated by 3J Arts, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Crochet Planner is a production planning application for crochet businesses — helping manage exhibition planning, order schedules, and production tracking.
Business Manager is a day-to-day operations application covering staff management, raw material inventory, work allocations, finished-goods production, sales recording, payroll, and P&L reporting.
Both applications are offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with free and paid subscription tiers.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payments Private Limited. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you authorise Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to Pro features continues until the period ends.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable Indian law. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Price changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification.
Promo codes: Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion. Each code has its own validity conditions, which will be displayed at the time of use.
You must create an account to use our applications. You are responsible for:
One account per person. Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted.
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into our applications (staff records, inventory, sales data, production records, financial information, etc.). 3J Arts does not claim any rights to your business data.
You can export your data at any time using the Excel export feature (Pro plan) or by requesting a data export via email. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
Free plan users acknowledge the following limits:
Upgrading to Pro removes all record limits and enables cloud synchronisation.
We strive to maintain high availability for both applications. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses or damages arising from service interruptions, downtime, or data unavailability.
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 3J Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
The 3J Arts name, logo, application design, code, and all related branding are the intellectual property of 3J Arts and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our applications for your personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our applications without prior written permission.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
By you: You may close your account at any time by contacting admin@3jarts.com. Active Pro subscriptions should be cancelled in Razorpay before requesting account deletion to avoid further billing.
Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately and your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of the Grievance Officer are:

We will acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of our applications after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
