3J Arts operates two SaaS applications — Crochet Planner and Business Manager — for crochet businesses. We are based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

This Privacy Policy applies to both applications and the 3jarts.com website. By using any of our services, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and business name.
Business data: Any data you enter into the applications — production plans, inventory records, staff details, sales entries, payroll data, expenses, and P&L figures. This data belongs to you and is stored in your account.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store only the payment ID, order ID, and subscription status returned by Razorpay. We never store your card number, UPI ID, or banking credentials.
Profile data: Your business name and optional logo/image you upload.
Usage data: Basic telemetry (page views, feature usage) to help us improve the service. No personally identifiable usage data is sold or shared.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database hosted on AWS infrastructure. Row Level Security (RLS) ensures each user can only access their own data.
Free plan: Data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not uploaded to our servers.
Pro plan: Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest on Supabase servers.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
All payments are processed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited. When you subscribe, you are subject to Razorpay's privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy. We do not have access to your full payment credentials.
Subscription amounts: ₹199/month for Crochet Planner, ₹499/month for Business Manager.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate our applications:
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 3J Arts, our users, or others.
We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens) and browser localStorage for offline data caching (Free plan). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your data is retained while your account is active. If you request account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained for service improvement.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
